| MEETING INFORMATION MEETINGS OF THE AUTHORITY
Regularly Scheduled Meetings. The Authority will hold regularly scheduled meetings open to the public on the second Wednesday of each month at 3:30 p.m., located in the offices of Lewis and Roca LLP, 40 North Central Avenue, 19th Floor, Phoenix, Arizona 85004.
Special Meetings. The Authority may also hold, at its discretion, Special Meetings open to the public. The notice for the Special Meeting will indicate the date, time and location for that meeting.

OPEN MEETING LAW
All notices of meetings open to the public will be (i) available at least 24 hours prior to such meeting, and (ii) electronically posted on our website below and physically posted in the main lobby of the Department of Health Services, Office of Public Information, 1740 West Adams Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85007, which lobby is generally open to the public Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (A.R.S. § 38-431.02)
NOTICE AND AGENDA
February 8, 2012 Meeting. The public meeting of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Health Facilities Authority scheduled for Wednesday, February 8, 2012, has been canceled. The next meeting of the Authority will be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at 3:30 p.m., MST, located in the offices of Lewis and Roca LLP, 40 North Central Avenue, 19th Floor, Phoenix, Arizona 85004.
