Native American Community Health Center, Inc. - Phoenix, AZ, Urban Indian Community

Native Health will partner with two other non-profit agencies that target services to local Native Americans in the development of a comprehensive Strategic Planning Process targeting urban Maricopa County Native American resident. Phoenix Indian Center and Native American Connections have agreed to participate in Strategic Planning Process with NATIVE HEALTH.
