To conduct community program planning, implementation, and evaluation for the community of Rough Rock, Arizona on the Navajo Reservation. The proposed project looks to identify gaps within the community through community-developed surveys and focus group sessions in partnership with the Navajo Nation Community Health Representative (CHR) program, school board representatives, and other interested agencies and organizations.
