RCCC is small, rural, non profit primary care clinic serving Bullhead City and the surrounding areas. RCCC is in the process of securing designation from the Bureau of Primary Health Care as a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike. This designation will provide RCCC with a variety of benefits designed to improve the delivery of primary care services to underserved populations. These include enhanced prospective payments for Medicare and Medicaid patients and access to discounted pharmaceuticals. The Authority’s loan was utilized to fund the bridge operational expenses during this designation process.
