The Arizona Health Facilities Authority has approved the application of Sun Health Corporation for a $9,950,000 private placement with Bank of America Leasing. A portion of the proceeds will be used to purchase patient related medical equipment and to reimburse Sun Health for prior purchases of medical equipment.

Sun Health Corporation is the parent corporation of the Sun Health Network. Sun Health provides a full range of inpatient, outpatient and emergency healthcare services through Walter O. Boswell Memorial Hospital, Del E. Webb Memorial Hospital and several outpatient diagnostic and treatment facilities.
