The Arizona Health Facilities Authority has approved a $34,305,000 bond transaction on behalf of John C. Lincoln Health Network. The financing will allow Lincoln to purchase land adjacent to its Deer Valley facility for future expansion and purchase more sophisticated computer systems and programs for financial monitoring and programming. A portion of the proceeds will also be used to refund outstanding 1990 bonds.
