The Arizona Health Facilities Authority has approved the creation of the Arizona Healthcare Pooled Financing Program. The Authority established the Program to make available low cost funds for loans to eligible healthcare institutions in the State of Arizona. The Program offers borrowers a flexible and low cost method of financing capital needs. The Authority issued $127,970,000 in Variable Rate Demand Revenue Bonds to fund the Program. The Arizona Hospital and Healthcare Association Service Corporation is the Program Administrator.
