University Physicians Inc. is the clinical employer of the 300 full time faculty physicians of the University of Arizona College of Medicine. UPI operates 22 separate ambulatory care programs. The bond proceeds will be utilized to purchase a 43,000 square foot building located at 707 North Alvernon Way and a 7900 square foot building located 750 North Alvernon Way. The larger building will be utilized to consolidate four high volume clinics. The second building will be utilized for opthalmic surgeries.
